Not long ago, I was in a place where life felt overwhelming. Reaching out for support was difficult, but therapy helped me feel less alone and taught me to approach myself with compassion. I came to understand that my anxiety and depression were responses to childhood trauma—and that I am so much more than my pain. My healing journey is ongoing. I continue to prioritize mindfulness and live in alignment with my core values. As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping others experience the healing power of therapy. My approach is rooted in care, curiosity, and collaboration. I believe that when we become aware of our pain and change how we relate to it, we unlock the power to live a more meaningful and authentic life. Throughout my career in social work, I’ve supported individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and crisis. I'm deeply committed to understanding how painful experiences impact mental health—and to walking alongside you as you navigate your own healing.
