You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I work with youth and adults living with ADHD, anxiety, and depression to help them find clarity, build skills, and create practical strategies that make a difference in everyday life. I am a Registered Psychotherapist who brings together professional training and lived experience, which allows me to connect with clients in a way that is both compassionate and grounded in real-life understanding. My approach integrates evidence-based methods with mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness-based programs such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). These approaches provide skills for working with difficult thoughts and emotions while creating space to move toward what matters most. In session, I focus on helping people notice what gets in the way, uncover the patterns that keep them stuck, and develop practical ways of moving forward. We work together to build structure, strengthen self-awareness, and create strategies that support focus and follow-through. My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I’ll meet you with curiosity and care, always keeping your goals and pace at the center of our work.
