Jeremy Finkelstein, RP

Do you feel stuck in cycles of procrastination, overwhelm, or self-criticism — even though you know you’re capable of more? Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, intelligent adults who struggle with focus, follow-through, anxiety, or self-doubt. Some have ADHD or executive functioning challenges. Others feel burnt out, unmotivated, or unsure of their next direction. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded. Together, we work to understand what’s getting in the way — whether that’s anxiety, avoidance patterns, perfectionism, or difficulty organizing your thoughts and priorities. From there, we build strategies that are realistic and sustainable. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based approaches in my work. I also work with men navigating stress, identity, expectations, and life transitions. Therapy can be a space to step back from pressure and reconnect with what actually matters to you. If you're looking for therapy that balances insight with concrete tools, I’d be glad to connect.
