Rose Bright, MSW, RSW

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, therapy offers a space to breathe, reflect, and move toward healing—on your terms. I’m a trauma-informed therapist with extensive experience supporting teens, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, burnout, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also specialize in working with survivors of gender-based violence, intimate partner violence, and sexual assault. My work is grounded in compassion and curiosity, and shaped by years of training in evidence-based and experiential approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and art-based modalities. I’m currently completing training in Compassionate Inquiry, a trauma-focused approach that helps uncover and heal the deeper emotional patterns beneath our thoughts and behaviours. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward—and together, we build the tools and insight needed for lasting change. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you with honesty and care, always centering your pace, your goals, and your voice. With a background in trauma, mental health, and crisis intervention, I bring a deep understanding of the nervous system and the many ways our past can shape how we show up today. I work through an anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive lens and believe in creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s work together to help you reconnect with your strength, clarity, and sense of self.
